Please advise the Class that unfortunately, we have canceled the Joe Logan Regatta which was scheduled for August 12, because we were only going to have four boats on the line.
I will contact those who were planning to attend to see if there is any interest in running some informal races at St. Francis that day.
It is a bummer to have to cancel, but planning is already underway for this regatta next year. It will likely be moved back to a date in the fall, as it has been in the past. We are also looking at making this a two day event to make it more worthwhile for boats from out of the area to attend.
